Subscription Services

Certain pieces of content provided by $100K Portfolio require a paid subscription in order for users to have access to this information. This includes but is not limited to the Ian Wyatt's $100K Portfolio Newsletter. Users who register for paid subscription services provided by $100K Portfolio agree to a) provide truthful and accurate information regarding their identity requested in user registration forms, b) on an ongoing basis update user information in order to keep it accurate at all times.

Users understand that the information contained and provided by $100K Portfolio is copyrighted material and as such will not be provided to any third party without the prior written consent of $100K Portfolio.

Payment and Subscription Renewal

The current subscription rates are listed by $100K Portfolio in the subscription area of the web site. Individual subscription information, including renewal dates and fees, is listed in the account management section of the $100K Portfolio web site, and provides users with a complete understanding as to when they have been billed in the past, and then they will be billed in the future.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the initial subscription period, and users will be billed for the future billing period at the time of renewal, unless specified at the registration form.  Users agree to pay all fees and charges in connection with subscription to a paid $100K Portfolio service, including any applicable taxes.  Users understand that subscription rates and fees are subject to change, and that notice of such a change will be posted on the subscription web site.  A user�s failure to cancel a subscription could result in that user being billed according to the new billing plan once it goes into affect.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be terminated by the user either by e-mailing customerservice@$100Kportfolio.com or by calling 202-420-7800. Users are advised to receive written confirmation in the event of a dispute arising from a cancellation.

Cancellation will take effect within ten business days of the date of cancellation request. In the event that a subscriber cancels a subscription prior to the end of their current billing period and requests a refund, the subscriber will be refunded the portion for the balance of their subscription period on a pro-rated basis, rounded up to the current month.  Subscribers agree not to dispute refunds with $100K Portfolio or their personal credit card companies or banks.

Ownership of Materials

Except as otherwise indicated, this website and its entire contents (collectively, the 'Materials'), including, but not limited to, the text, information, material, software and graphics contained on this website, are owned by $100K Portfolio, and its affiliates. The Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. $100K Portfolio makes no proprietary claim to any third party names, trademarks or service marks appearing on this website. Any third party names, trademarks, and service marks are the properties of their respective owners. Except as provided in the next sentence, the Materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without $100K Portfolio�s prior written permission. You may download one (1) copy of the Materials on a single computer only for your personal, non-commercial, internal use. Ian Wyatt's $100K Portfolio does however rent both e-mail and postal names and information to advertisers. E-mail advertisers who wish to advertise to Ian Wyatt's $100K Portfolio' members are required to comply with CAN-SPAM legislation, and provide an easy process of unsubscribing, as well as provide a "Do Not Mail" option for members who do not wish to receive any further communication from a specific advertiser. E-mail users agree to receive offers directly from Ian Wyatt's $100K Portfolio as well as sponsorship messages from our partners. Further, Ian Wyatt's $100K Portfolio does rent its postal mailing list to approved advertisers who are offering financial-related products to our subscribers.

This site contains links to other sites. Ian Wyatt's $100K Portfolio is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

4. Business Financial Publishing - Surveys
Occasionally Ian Wyatt's $100K Portfolio conducts user surveys to better target our content to our audiences. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our advertisers and partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.

Our online surveys ask visitors for financial information (like their household income and overall size of their investment portfolio) and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or income level). Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. 7. Ian Wyatt's $100K Portfolio - Delete/deactivate policy
Users may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every newsletter. This includes being permanently removed from our list of active subscribers, as well as being placed on a "Do Not Mail" list to ensure that you do not receive further communications from Ian Wyatt's $100K Portfolio. Unsubscribing from the email newsletter from the unsubscribe link will only discontinue your receipt of the letter to your inbox. You must call or email to terminate your subscription and receive any applicable refund and to ensure you are not billed at your next cycle.
